Shipping and Handling
WSC Sports ships anywhere within the lower 48 states, Alaska and Hawaii via UPS Ground. Canadian orders ship via UPS Standard to Canada or Worldwide expedited only. All Canadian orders are subject to the import fees imposed by Canada. Next Day and 2nd Day shipping is available for an additional charge. Most orders will ship within two days but may take up to 5 days depending on stock or the need to be framed or engraved. Please call ahead if you need a rush in order to ensure the possibility of getting it on time. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All orders are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation unless otherwise requested.
Non-returnable Merchandise
All autographed items are non returnable. Due to the nature of this industry and the possibility of forgery, there are no exceptions to this rule. If you have an issue with your autographed item, you will need to call (262) 544-0959 and speak with a representative within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Any item that is custom built, custom framed, or custom logoed cannot be returned.
Returns - Non-defective Merchandise
All non-autographed, non-defective merchandise is returnable for 30 days from the date of purchase. You can choose a refund less than 10% or full store credit. All returns must include the original certificate of authenticity and all original sale material (boxes, tags, etc.) We will only credit back to the same credit card used for the original transaction. Please call us at (262) 544-0959 to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. A return/refund will be issued to you once we receive the original item back in our warehouse. We are not responsible and will not give credit for returns that arrive broken or damaged. You will have to make a claim with your shipper to be reimbursed.
Damaged-defective Merchandise
All damaged or defective merchandise must be called in to us within 5 days of receipt of the item. We will initiate the claims process with the shipping company and you will be instructed to keep all original packaging material for pick up and/or inspection. If you do not have the packaging materials, we WILL NOT replace the item. Please call us at (262) 544-0959 to obtain a Damaged Item Authorization (DIA) number and return shipping instructions. A replacement will be shipped to you once we receive the damaged item back in our warehouse. Items that have been lost/damaged by the shipping carrier must have the claim made by the carrier's deadline policy. Items that are damaged from shipping, will not be replaced by expedited shipping, as the shipping carriers will not pay for their mistake.
Cancellation of Orders
We will cancel your order only if the item has not shipped.
Unclaimed Merchandise
Any items unpaid for or unclaimed after 30 days may be discarded or resold at WSC Sports discretion.
Warranty
There is no warranty against items fading even if 100% UV Protection was purchased and WSC Sports will not claim any responsibility for faded items.
